Jake Wright is a 13 year old 8th grader from Texas! Jake's many interests,
besides racing, include wrestling, music, football, and being with his family.
Jake started his racing career at the age of 5, starting out in Quarter Midgets;
Jake has worked his way up in the racing world. He has had numerous feature
wins, track records, local and regional championships. Jake moved from
Quarter Midgets at age 10 to the Bandolero series at Houston Motorsports
Park, where he was named Rookie of the Year, and earned 3rd place in the
championship for 2008. In 2009 he began racing in the TSRS Allison Legacy
series at Thunderhill Raceway in Kyle, Texas. His skills on and off the track
earned him 6th place overall. His rookie stripes are gone and he is a veteran of
the TSRS Allison Legacy series.
2010 will be an exciting and busy year for Jake and his fans! We are pleased to
announce that DDC and Bryant Equipment will join Jake Wright Motorsports
as primary sponsors for the the TSRS Allison car and the ECO Stock Car for
2010. He will compete in 32 races throughout the year. Eighteen at Houston
Motorsports Park and 14 events at Thunderhill. Come out and support Jake in
is quest to be come the TSRS Alison Legacy Champion and the ECO stock
Champion at Houston Motorsports Park.
