Bruce Wright is the Crew Chief for the team. He is responsible for working on the race car, before, during, and after the racing event. Bruce got his start in racing, competing in quarter midgets as a child with his father. As a teenager, he raced at Longhorn Speedway in Austin in a local stock car class. Mary assists with race day duties as well as marketing responsibilities for the team. As a teenager, she used to go watch stock car races at Longhorn Speedway. She has just as much passion for the sport as the family does.

Chris maintains and updates the website as needed. He is also responsible for gaining sponsorship for the team. At Thunderhill Raceway, Chris serves as the Chief Scorer and also works for NASCAR Timing & Scoring. From 1995-2003, Chris raced quarter midgets from ages 5-13 with numerous regional and local championships. He also served as the Inex Tech Inspector at HMP & THR from 2007-2008.
