The 2009 season for Jake Wright Motorsports was great campaign.  Jake scored a season high in the TSRS Allison
Legacy Series witha second place at the very difficult and technical track of Corpus Christi.  He ended the year with 4
top fives and 6 top 10's to give him 6th place in the overall season Championship.  "We learned alot this year" said
Wright "this year was our learning year and I think we accompolished that goal"  All in all Jake had a lot to overcome
this year.  He was the "new kid on the block"  He had to learn how to shift a manual transmission negotiate a very
heavy and fast car through traffic and was put in some very high stress situations and came out looking like the Champ
he is.  The summer was a tough stretch as he was involved in some serious crashes but he never gave up and was
back week after week.

Jake also ran his last Bandolero race at Houston Motorsports Park.  Racing the famed 96 Bandolero to 1 pole 1 win and
5 2nd place finishes.  He never qualified out of the front row leaving the competition racing for third and beyond.

As we head into the off season the team is already working on the equipment and getting everything fresh for the 2010
run.  We have several options on the table for next year which we will announce at a later date.  We want to thank our
fans at Thunderhill, Houston Motorsports Park, and our newest addition our Facebook fan page.  We have been
blessed with a ton of support from you and will be ready to race for you next year.
